This Privacy Policy explains how ProfitFlows ("we," "our," or "the App"), created by Sean Thomas, handles your information. Our philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you, and we do not want it.
ProfitFlows is designed as a secure earnings, time, and mileage tracker for gig economy workers.
Local Storage: All your earnings data, platform data, mileage records, and notes are stored locally on your device.
iCloud Sync: Your data is automatically backed up to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your own private iCloud container — we cannot access it, view it, or modify it under any circumstances.
GPS Location: When the timer is running and GPS tracking is enabled, ProfitFlows accesses your device location to record your driving route and calculate mileage. This location data is stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Zero Server Access: We do not operate any servers. We never see, touch, or store your data anywhere.
We do not collect any personal information. You are not required to provide a name, an email address, or create an account to use ProfitFlows.
ProfitFlows may use Face ID or Touch ID for local app authentication to keep your data secure from anyone accessing your physical device. This process is handled entirely by Apple’s operating system. No biometric data ever leaves your device or is accessible to us.
