Terms of Service for ProfitFlows

By downloading and using ProfitFlows, created by Sean Thomas, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscriptions and Purchases
ProfitFlows is a paid iOS application:
- Subscription Options: We offer a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $2.99/month.
- Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings.
2. Refunds and Billing
All purchases, billing, and transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not handle payments or have the ability to issue refunds directly. All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations
- Informational Purposes Only: ProfitFlows is provided "as-is" for personal organizational and informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
- Mileage and Tax Records: The mileage tracking feature uses GPS to automatically record routes when the timer is running. GPS accuracy may vary in tunnels, parking garages, rural areas, and locations with poor signal. Mileage data is for your personal record-keeping only. ProfitFlows makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or IRS acceptance of any mileage records generated by the app. You are solely responsible for verifying all mileage data before using it for tax purposes. Always consult a qualified tax professional for guidance on IRS deductions.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, maintenance, and verification of the data you enter into the App.
4. Modifications to the App and Pricing
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We also reserve the right to adjust our subscription pricing. Any pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App without prior notice or liability for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or abuse of the App.
